Play policies

The Basics

A waiver must be completed for all minors under 18, before they may enter the play space or attend a class, regardless if they play or not. Only one waiver is required per family, and you can fill it out online here (recommended) or in our lobby.

All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times unless otherwise noted. We are not a drop-off facility. Do not leave your child unattended.

Adults may enter the facility only when accompanied by a child under their supervision. Adults are responsible for the supervision of the child at all times. While many exhibits are kid-sized, all areas are open and accessible to adults.

In order to keep our play space clean and safe ALL CHILDREN and ADULTS MUST WEAR SOCKS! We do not allow shoes or bare feet into the play space. Don’ worry if you forgot your socks, adult and children’s socks can be purchased.

Strollers are not permitted in the play space, however, feel free to bring in any car seats.

We do not allow “walk-in parties”. No unreserved parties or other celebrations are allowed in our facility unless otherwise approved. All parties must be celebrated in a reserved party room.

You are welcome to bring in outside food, and we also sell snacks and beverages in our lobby. You may enjoy these items in our lounge. Food or drinks are not permitted in the play space.

We are a NUT-FREE play space.

Magic Sky reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow our rules or the instructions of our employees.

Covid-19➕

The play space is cleaned between each play session and party using an electrostatic sterilizer. Toys and high touch items are wiped down frequently throughout the day.

Do not visit: If you have been diagnosed with Covid-19, are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms or have had a fever in the past 48 hours.

Safety & Security

For the safety and security of guests, video surveillance is in continuous use, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of your personal belongings. Do not leave valuables, electronics, or purses/wallets unattended.

To maintain a safe and fun environment inappropriate behaviors are not permitted. These include but are not limited to: hitting, kicking, shoving, biting, scratching, throwing or swinging toys at, threatening, or intimidating another child or destroying property. When children or adults demonstrate inappropriate behaviors, they will be asked to leave.

Health and Cleanliness

We are committed to maintaining a clean and healthy facility. Our staff cleans and sanitizes surfaces throughout the day. We also use a professional cleaning service for deep cleaning.

If you see a child put a toy in their mouth, please let a team member know, so we can place it into a “yucky bucket” to be sanitized.

We encourage frequent handwashing. Sinks with soap are located in our three restrooms as well as hand sanitizing stations throughout the play space.

Diaper changing tables are located in our three restrooms. Please do not change a diaper outside of our restrooms. Diapers and pull-ups must be covered by clothing at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any visibly sick child or parent/guardian at our sole discretion. Children with a green runny nose that that requires constant wiping, have had a fever or experienced vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours, have a croupy sounding cough, eye discharge or pink eye, open or oozing sores, lice, or any other known communicable disease, are prohibited from entry.
